- On-the-Spot Return: If any item is found damaged, spoiled, expired, or incorrect, you do not need to accept it. You can return the damaged or incorrect item to the delivery personnel immediately on the spot.
- Partial Acceptance: Customers have the freedom to accept good-condition items and reject only the damaged/incorrect items from the same order.
- No Post-Delivery Return Window: Because items are inspected and handed over directly in your presence, returns, exchanges, or damage claims will NOT be entertained once the delivery has been accepted and the delivery partner has departed.
- Refunds for Rejected Items: For prepaid items rejected at the doorstep, the corresponding refund amount will be initiated promptly to the original payment source.
